Baggers

  • Used to load the grain into the bags for storage.
  • Loading capacity: 180-200 tons / hour
  • Mechanism : hoppers which use mechanical augers to force the grain into the silo bags. The bag stretches up to the desired width which is controlled by setting the brakes of the bagging machine. Due to this action the bag is filled evenly and have a continuous shape.
  • Tractor powered bagger: require a 70HP Tractor
  • Self propelled bagger: Eliminates the need for a tractor to power the bagger; Ideal for commercial sites and countries where tractors are not commonly used.

Extractors / Outloaders

  • Roll up type :rolls the bags up, cut them down the middle while using mechanical augers to extract the grain and load it into a grain cart / truck /bin

  • Sweepers type : as extractor, cuts bag open and extract grain without rolling up the bag, leaving it flat on ground.

It is also used to sweep up grain off a flat surface to transfer into cart or bin. This could be a more versatile alternative if you "dump" your harvest on slabs or in warehouses.

Graincarts

  • Various sizes ranging from 14 tonnes to 28 tonnes
  • Used for grain transport and to load and lift the grain into the bagger.
  • Capacity: +/- 300 mt / hour
  • Require a 70 to 110HP tractor depending on ground conditions

Mechanical augers devices

  •  Used to load and lift the grain into the bagger
  • Side discharge auger device
  • Dumper trucks discharge auger device
